Tierra New Cairo Master Plan
The master plan divides Tierra’s 104 acres into eight zones: villas, apartment buildings, a mixed-use district, two clubs, a mosque, a public square, and an open corridor along the slope — the Cliff Spine — that links them all.
The multi-family residences are the apartment buildings, and the villas zone holds the project’s villas. The mixed-use district, the two clubs, The Cliff Club House and The Valley Club, The Square and the mosque are the areas every resident shares.
